dapper-basin provides creative studio experiences and related services. Our sessions offer space, materials, and an environment for creative exploration. We do not provide art therapy, psychological treatment, or professional art instruction.

Booking and Payment

All session bookings are subject to availability. By submitting a booking request, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking.

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of dapper-basin or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Artwork created during our sessions remains the property of the participant who created it.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for personal enrichment and creative exploration. We make no claims regarding therapeutic, medical, or psychological benefits. Individual experiences may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dapper-basin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
